About the role

Cog Developers is seeking a Marketing and Technical Sales Specialist to connect clients with its end‑to‑end digital solutions. This full‑time remote position blends sales expertise with technical knowledge of AI, software, and digital marketing services, supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across B2B technology markets.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate product demos, and translate client requirements into clear project scopes.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide pre‑sales, onboarding, and post‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client expectations.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and generate sales reports and insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging digital technologies.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation with proven client relationship management abilities.
• Sales and pipeline‑management experience, including lead generation and deal negotiation.
• Training and presentation skills for product demos and internal knowledge sharing.
• Understanding of digital solutions such as AI, software development, and web/mobile development.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
• Effective time‑management, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
