Sales Consultant

About the role

D.R.EAM Agency is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Beirut office. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, understand their business challenges, and propose tailored solutions that drive revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings and deliver compelling presentations to prospects.
• Prepare detailed proposals and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency’s CRM and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Report progress and results to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sold solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales consulting or a client‑facing role, preferably within an agency or service‑oriented environment.
• Strong customer‑service focus with the ability to build trust and sustain long‑term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Team‑player who can adapt to evolving client and market needs.
