Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will drive sales profitability and market penetration for HOLDAL’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with pharmacies, ensuring product availability, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Check client inventory and prepare replenishment orders.
• Control the selling process to meet targets and increase turnover.
• Implement the approved sales cycle and follow‑up on client needs.
• Recruit new clients and expand distribution coverage.
• Promote all assigned brands, introduce new items, promotions and bundles.
• Monitor near‑expiry products and coordinate with pharmacists to prioritize sales.
• Collect invoices and ensure timely payments to meet collection targets.
• Perform market data collection on competitors’ activities and fill daily sales reports.
• Apply merchandising guidelines on displays and report results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biochemistry or Biomedical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, selling and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and time‑management abilities.
