SaaS Sales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated SaaS Sales professional to join our team in Beirut. This full‑time position combines client communication, customer service, and sales activities while offering flexibility to work from home when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and promote our SaaS solutions.
- Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive new business and meet sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end sales process.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of SaaS sales processes; technology‑industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
