About the role
BIM POS is seeking a dynamic Growth Executive to expand its restaurant technology footprint. You will work directly with restaurant owners and decision‑makers, turning market opportunities into lasting partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new restaurant and hospitality opportunities.
- Engage owners and key decision‑makers to understand their needs.
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Present BIM POS solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Meet clear monthly growth targets.
Required profile
- Ambitious, confident, and competitive.
- Comfortable approaching new people and building relationships.
- Sales experience is a plus, but hunger, discipline, and personality are essential.
- Motivated to build a serious career in field sales.
