Business Development Internship

About the role

InternGrub is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join its team on-site in Bauchrieh. Over a three‑month period, you will support the company’s growth initiatives by connecting with freelancers, researching market trends, and helping shape expansion strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Freelancer Outreach & Partnerships – recruit new freelancers and engage with businesses and community groups.
• Market & Competitive Research – analyse global service‑app ecosystems to uncover growth opportunities and best practices.
• Cross‑Functional Strategy – assist in exploring new expansion channels while gaining exposure to multiple business functions.

Required profile

• Proactive, tech‑savvy self‑starter with a learn‑by‑doing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable adapting to feedback and using digital tools.
