Remote Booking Specialist – Outbound Appointment Setting

About the role

Arise Appointments is looking for a full‑time Remote Booking Specialist based in Lebanon. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads and secure appointments for our client sales teams, helping turn qualified prospects into real sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following defined scripts and workflows.
• Document call outcomes and update records in the CRM system.
• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments with prospects.
• Perform basic lead qualification and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise calling campaigns.
• Report any lead or scheduling issues promptly.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English and strong phone communication skills.
• Professional, courteous and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage schedules accurately.
• Reliable computer or laptop, high‑speed internet, good headset and a quiet workspace.
• Previous experience in call centres, telemarketing, appointment setting or customer support is preferred.
• Willingness to work late hours as needed.
