Telecalling Representative – SDR for AI & Tech Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Telecalling Representative to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to qualify prospects.
• Book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in the provided systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without relying heavily on scripts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and fellow SDRs to meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and persistence to handle frequent rejection.
• Motivated, competitive and able to maintain consistent cold‑calling activity for several hours daily.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
