Pharma Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Pharma Field Sales Representative will promote and sell a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, aiming to meet sales targets while building lasting customer relationships. The role involves direct field work, market expansion, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies on predefined routes to assess needs, promote OTC and prescription products, and launch new items using seeding and POS materials.
• Manage the full transaction cycle, including dues collection, invoice settlement, credit notes, product returns, and secure handling of narcotic/psychotropic vouchers.
• Monitor competitor activity and market feedback, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance reporting and defective item protocols.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, Medical Representatives, and other internal units to align sales strategies.

Required profile

• Technical specialization in Commercial Sciences or an equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related commercial field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building long‑term professional networks.
