Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

Dolphin Call is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team in Jounieh. You will focus on outbound calls, presenting investment opportunities and guiding prospects through the sales funnel while maintaining high professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote investment products.
• Present services, answer inquiries, and steer potential clients toward a purchase decision.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow up on leads.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales scripts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in outbound telesales and closing deals.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Jounieh.
• Fluency in English or French.
• Interest or knowledge of financial markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
