Mid-level Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-level Designer to join our boutique creative agency, CRACKWITS. You will work under the Creative Lead to produce high-quality presentation decks and visual assets that support branding, advertising and social media campaigns for clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and format presentation decks at scale using approved templates and modules.
• Manage revisions, rollouts and versioning while ensuring consistency and quality control.
• Support the creation of design modules and preparation of assets under Creative Lead direction.
• Maintain formatting standards, naming conventions and version-control discipline across all deliverables.
• Handle recurring design requests such as monthly social-media retainers and quick-turn projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio that demonstrates branding, social-media, digital campaign, print and presentation work.
• Ability to adapt designs across different formats and platforms while following brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
