Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior Creative Director to own and elevate the creative output of NCM across all markets. This full‑time, hands‑on position will set visual and verbal standards for the brand and ensure consistency across languages, channels and regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative direction for brand, marketing and product communications.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive visual identity system, including typography, colour, layout, iconography, imagery and data visualisation.
• Write, maintain and enforce brand guidelines across regional offices.
• Lead, review and mentor designers and copywriters, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Translate commercial objectives into clear creative strategies for digital, social, product, events and print.
• Ensure all deliverables are bilingual‑ready for English and Arabic and meet regulatory requirements.
• Present and defend creative decisions to executive stakeholders, including C‑level.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, including senior or art director level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating identity and design systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Exceptional attention to typography, composition and spacing.
• Ability to generate ideas and present multiple creative directions.
• Reliability on deadlines and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong command of industry‑standard design and prototyping tools.
• Graphic and motion design or video direction capability.
