Digital Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Sales Specialist to identify, engage, and nurture leads across multiple channels. You will be responsible for expanding our client base while delivering high‑quality customer service and supporting our digital revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical side of sales engagements with clients and prospects.
• Qualify outbound leads by assessing interest, need, budget, and decision‑maker authority.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn and manage inbound lead follow‑up.
• Develop and execute lead‑nurturing programs to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel.
• Segment target audiences using B2B propensity‑to‑buy criteria and persona‑based messaging.
• Optimize lead‑generation workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on digital campaigns.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Train internal teams on digital sales concepts and support digital revenue initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital sales with a track record of successful lead generation.
• Strong understanding of B2B data sources and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the value of IT solutions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to identify pain points and propose relevant solutions.
