About the role
Swapp, a Dubai‑based car subscription platform, is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join its on‑site team in Beirut. This contract position offers the chance to assist customers through live chat, phone and email, helping them navigate subscription plans and vehicle options.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, calls and emails, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Investigate, own and resolve issues from identification through resolution.
- Document interactions, feedback and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Provide detailed information about Swapp’s services, subscription plans and vehicle choices.
Required profile
- Reside in the Beirut area.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior experience in live‑chat customer support is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Freshdesk or Zendesk ticketing platforms.
