About the role
We are hiring a Senior Client Advisor for a full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut. This phone‑based role requires confident, articulate, and highly organised individuals to serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads, qualify prospects, and ensure only serious, verified clients progress in our process. Candidates must be comfortable handling high‑volume calls and communicating in English, Arabic, and French.
Key responsibilities
- Call incoming leads to verify intent and qualify them for our services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic, and French.
- Clearly explain our services and answer client questions over the phone.
- Log all call interactions and lead data accurately in the system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to pass on qualified cases.
Required profile
- Confident and articulate communicator.
- Highly organised with ability to manage high‑volume calls.
- Comfortable working in a trilingual environment (English, Arabic, French).
