Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer role at Comin Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person interactions, providing accurate information about insurance products, policies, and the mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, policies and the mobile application.
• Resolve issues and complaints, guiding customers through purchase and claims processes.
• Document interactions, follow up on pending requests and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Contribute feedback to improve service procedures and customer communication.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with a focus on satisfaction and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers or insurance services is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and maintain reliable attendance.
