Creative Designer – Brand Strategy & Visual Execution

About the role

NEXA is expanding its creative team and seeks a Creative Designer who will sit at the intersection of brand strategy and visual execution. Working directly with the Head of Marketing and Branding, you will lead workshops, shape visual directions, and produce brand books that guide everything from identity to social media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate creative workshops and discovery sessions to extract brand personality and visual preferences.
• Translate workshop insights into clear visual directions and comprehensive brand books.
• Develop visual guidelines covering mood, tone, colour, typography, layout principles and creative references.
• Produce brand identity systems for a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, tech, wellness, B2B, and F&B.
• Research competitors and audiences to ensure differentiated, grounded creative concepts.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work across at least three different industries without a single signature style.
• Strong creative thinking – you can articulate and defend design decisions with clear rationale.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with at least one motion or video editing tool.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and composition.
• Experience creating brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
