Client Success Associate

About the role

The Client Success Associate will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the transaction pipeline at Transworld Business Advisors GCC. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with Advisors, Operations, and Marketing teams while using HubSpot to manage leads, communications, and deal progression.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial client calls to understand needs and introduce services.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, keeping them informed on transaction status.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (Advisors, Operations, Marketing).
• Proactively cold‑call leads, generate interest, and follow up with non‑engaged prospects.
• Manage and update the client pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy.
• Work with Advisors to move deals forward and improve conversion rates.
• Design and optimize email sequences and workflows to nurture leads.
• Enrich client and lead data, logging all interactions in the CRM.
• Report regularly on pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and client engagement.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support client retention efforts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow‑ups simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate data entry and reporting.
• Proactive attitude toward lead generation and re‑engagement.
