Cars Sales Consultant – Showroom (Beirut)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Cars Sales Consultant to join our showroom in Beirut. The consultant will welcome customers, understand their needs and present suitable vehicles, features and financing options.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, identifying their needs.
• Present suitable vehicles, features and financing options.
• Manage test drives and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate offers within company guidelines and finalize sales documentation.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to support retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to achieve satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long‑term client relationships.
• Experience in automotive or related retail sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of financing options and vehicle specifications.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, including weekends or extended hours when required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant secondary education; a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing customer data.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
