Client Servicing & Operations Associate

About the role

The Client Servicing & Operations Associate is the welcoming face of Origin, handling front‑desk interactions and ensuring smooth daily operations. Working on a rotating schedule, you will support members, manage bookings, and uphold the studio’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in clients, process payments, and maintain a polished front‑desk environment.
• Keep the reception area and studio organized, stocked, and with background music playing.
• Respond to client messages within five minutes via SleekFlow and answer phone calls professionally.
• Upsell classes, packages, memberships and collect feedback for management.
• Handle all booking activities, send templated confirmations, cancellations and wait‑list updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in SleekFlow and the admin panel.
• Verify that audio‑visual and recovery‑room equipment functions at the start and end of each shift.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers and maintenance teams as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward client experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with flawless grammar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekend shifts.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing payments accurately.
