Client Advocate

About the role

The Client Advocate is the first point of contact for guests at Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive. You will create a welcoming, educational experience for every visitor, ensuring they feel valued and informed about our automotive services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and answer phone calls promptly.
• Provide clear information about services, appointments, and pricing.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
