Business Development Representative (B2B SaaS)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for its B2B SaaS portfolio in Lebanon. You will work closely with Account Executives and leadership to drive outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and build a strong pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts that match the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges and buying timelines.
• Qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, timeline and fit, and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
• Accurately document all activities in the CRM, keep contact and opportunity records clean, and track outreach performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, provide market feedback and improve outreach strategy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR or inside‑sales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort in cold outreach and high activity levels.
• Highly organized, disciplined and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
