Business Development Representative – AI Training & Consultancy

About the role

Input The Output (ITO) is expanding its commercial footprint across the MENA region. As a Business Development Representative you will identify and engage organisations that can benefit from ITO’s AI training and consultancy services, guiding prospects from first contact through to signed contracts and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2B accounts across the MENA region, targeting decision‑makers in technology, training and professional services.
• Conduct outreach, deliver tailored pitches, prepare quotations and close deals within approved pricing authority.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline by booking at least 10 qualified meetings per month.
• Track sales activities, update CRM records accurately and report progress regularly.
• nurture post‑sale relationships to generate repeat business, referrals and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the MENA region, preferably in tech, training or professional services.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to discuss technical consultancy with non‑technical buyers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Preferred: 5+ years of MENA sales experience, background in Computer or Communications Engineering, French language proficiency, existing network across MENA, and relevant sales or AI certifications.
