Business Development Executive – Security Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for ZOD Security’s security and safety solutions across Lebanon. Based in Dbayeh, you will identify new business opportunities, generate leads and expand the client portfolio through tailored proposals and strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security and safety sector.
• Meet with potential and existing clients to present customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and coordinate project hand‑over with internal teams.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports and contribute to sales targets.
• Participate in industry events, client visits and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong account management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic; French a plus.
• Relevant experience in security, safety, technology or related industries.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
