Technical Sales Representative – Raw Materials (Food, Personal Care, Home Care)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to drive the sales of raw materials and specialty ingredients across food, personal care, home care and other industrial sectors. The role blends commercial activities with deep technical support, ensuring customers achieve successful formulations and optimal product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets, identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage customer accounts, conduct field visits, present new products, and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance on formulations, product performance, and application methods, supporting trials and new product development.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and follow projects through to completion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales and market reports, and share market intelligence with the team.
• Attend supplier and internal trainings to stay updated on technologies, regulations, and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related technical field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in technical sales of raw materials within food, personal care, home care or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Proficiency with CRM systems for customer and sales data management.
