About the role
Global Pacific Support seeks an experienced Insurance Agent with deep expertise in the EZLynx platform to help build and strengthen our insurance operations. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to a non‑toxic, growth‑focused team.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize EZLynx for quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tasks.
- Train and demonstrate EZLynx features to management and team members.
- Manage client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.‑based operations.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a remote setup.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Extensive hands‑on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform.
- Ability to train and clearly demonstrate system features.
