About the role
This position is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and product excellence by acting as the primary point of contact for users of ERP/HRMS software.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support, addressing inquiries and resolving software issues promptly.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and user training to promote effective product adoption.
- Document and report bugs or enhancement requests to development teams.
- Resolve client problems remotely or on‑site and improve system performance by identifying issues.
- Maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge‑base documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quick ticket resolution and support software testing for new features.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
- 1–5 years experience in software support, customer success or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience with enterprise software (ERP, HRMS, POS) is a plus.
Required skills
- SQL 2008 or higher.
- Knowledge of ERP, HRMS and POS systems.
