Power Platform Developer

About the role

The IT Department is looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that support business processes across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain canvas and model‑driven Power Apps, ensuring usability, data integrity and compliance.
• Create Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization and error reduction.
• Support Dataverse tables, enforce naming standards, and manage access controls.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems, Microsoft 365 and external APIs following security‑by‑design principles.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, document solutions and release notes, and apply version‑control practices.
• Monitor flow health, troubleshoot failures and implement sustainable fixes.
• Provide end‑user guidance, quick guides and demos to drive adoption and reduce support tickets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience developing on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Mandatory PL‑900 certification; PL‑200 preferred; PL‑400 a plus.
