Social Media & Marketing Assistant / Indoor Sales Representative

About the role

Panda Boutique is seeking a creative Social Media & Marketing Assistant and an enthusiastic Indoor Sales Representative to join its growing team in Lebanon. The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will support the company’s digital presence, while the Indoor Sales Representative will drive sales and provide excellent customer service in the showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and creating content for the company’s social media platforms.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including captions and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media engagement, track trends, and identify opportunities for increased interaction.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital channels.
• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Provide accurate product information, promote items, and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring an organized showroom environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow‑up, and coordinate with sales and other teams as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, marketing or a similar role.
• Previous experience in indoor or showroom sales.
• Strong communication, writing, and customer service skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities.
