Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

A growing digital marketing agency based in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage paid campaigns for its clients. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is the core of the role, with experience in Google Ads or TikTok Ads a strong plus. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client ad accounts on an ongoing basis, mostly e-commerce and lead generation brands
• Each account typically runs 2-3 always-on campaigns, with new launches from time to time
• Own campaign setup and structure, audience strategy, daily monitoring, optimization and testing
• Give creative direction on hooks, formats and ad copy based on performance data
• Set up and check tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs)
• Send clear, regular performance reports to the team

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads, with results you can show (ROAS, CPA or cost per lead)
• Experience with e-commerce sales campaigns and lead generation campaigns
• Experience getting results from small-to-mid ad budgets
• Strong creative eye for ads that stop the scroll and convert
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
• Organized, reliable and proactive in communication
• Based in Lebanon
