About the role

Massyve is hiring a full-time on-site Content Creator based in Beirut. The role produces engaging, high-quality content that supports the company's marketing and growth initiatives, covering social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns and other digital channels aligned with brand strategy and target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and technology teams on storytelling concepts, campaign assets and content that explains complex digital solutions clearly.
• Research industry trends, generate campaign ideas and optimise content for SEO and performance.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and measure content performance, iterating based on insights.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and content calendars.

Required profile

• Experience working with brand and marketing teams to align content with strategic objectives, campaigns and performance goals.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles such as SEO, performance marketing and social media best practices.
• Previous experience in content creation for technology, startups or digital agencies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or a related field.

Required skills

• Content creation and storytelling for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, web copy and short-form video scripts.
• Ability to turn complex technology, marketing and growth concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Proficiency with content and collaboration tools such as CMS platforms, social media schedulers, project management tools and office productivity software.
• Strong research, organisation and time management, and excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
