Social Media Manager

About the role

Beyond Ads is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its creative team. The role manages client social media accounts across Instagram and TikTok, and calls for a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, community management and graphic design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaigns
• Schedule, publish and monitor social media content, and stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm updates
• Design graphics, carousels, stories and promotional materials that match each client's brand identity
• Edit images and basic video content and collaborate with the creative team on visual campaigns
• Engage with audiences, answer inquiries and build positive online communities for clients

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent organization skills and ability to coordinate with several departments at once

Required skills

• Strong graphic design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar software
