Showroom Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

AMC is looking for an energetic Showroom Coordinator to be the welcoming face of its flagship showroom in Beirut. The role blends sales, customer service and online community engagement, offering a fast‑paced environment for a multitasking professional.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, presenting AMC cookware and demonstrating product benefits.
• Support showroom sales targets through direct customer interaction and upselling.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and assist with in‑showroom cooking events.
• Provide top‑tier customer service in person, by phone and email, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Manage AMC’s social media and community platforms, responding to messages and posting promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency online and offline.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• Outgoing, fast‑paced, able to work independently and handle diverse personalities.
• Positive attitude with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional events.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for customer engagement.
