SEO & Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven SEO & Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise both organic and paid digital acquisition channels. You will be responsible for driving traffic, improving search rankings and maximising ROI across platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, technical)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor and content gap analysis
• Optimise website structure, metadata and content for search engines
• Monitor and improve website performance metrics (ranking, traffic, conversions)
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
• Manage backlink outreach and acquisition efforts
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Retarget and scale campaigns based on performance data

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid advertising
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok platforms
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
