Content Creator (North Region)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and marketing‑driven Content Creator to develop engaging social media content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will understand trends, turn product features into compelling stories, and think strategically about hooks and customer behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content ideas, including Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and short‑form videos.
• Develop concepts and scripts for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness.
• Write strong hooks, captions, CTAs, and marketing copy to capture attention and drive action.
• Plan and organize monthly and weekly social media calendars.
• Participate in content shoots, contributing to concepts, shot lists, styling, and video direction.
• Collaborate with graphic design, photography, video, e‑commerce, and marketing teams.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh, commercially relevant ideas.
• Good grasp of customer psychology, sales messaging, and marketing funnels.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for short‑form video scripts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.

Required skills

• Basic photography and video‑shooting knowledge.
• Video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and performance‑marketing concepts.
• Experience analyzing social media insights and campaign performance.
• Understanding of UGC‑style content and performance‑driven creative.
