Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Lead who thinks like a scientist, operates like an engineer, and reports like a professional. This execution‑focused role involves daily campaign management, structured experimentation, and close collaboration with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and TikTok, monitoring daily health metrics such as CTR, CPC, CAC and ROAS.
• Design, run, and document 4‑6 structured experiments per week, scaling winning tests and retiring underperformers.
• Analyze creative performance, provide data‑driven feedback to the Creative Strategist, and continuously test new hooks and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize the acquisition funnel from ad click to paid member.
• Set up and maintain tracking via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data integrity and preparing detailed weekly performance reports for the CEO.
