Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are a growing digital marketing agency in Lebanon seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage paid campaigns for e‑commerce and lead‑generation clients. The core focus is on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), with additional value placed on experience with Google and TikTok ads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client ad accounts, typically running 2–3 always‑on campaigns per account and launching new campaigns as needed.
• Own campaign setup, audience strategy, daily monitoring, optimisation, testing and creative direction based on performance data.
• Configure and verify tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API and UTM parameters.
• Prepare and deliver clear, regular performance reports to the internal team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience running Meta Ads with demonstrable results (ROAS, CPA, cost per lead).
• Proven success with e‑commerce sales and lead‑generation campaigns on modest to mid‑size budgets.
• Strong creative eye for ad copy, hooks and formats that capture attention.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, reliable and proactive communicator, based in Lebanon.
