Senior Outdoor Sales Representative - Lebanon

About the role

Scento d'Italia, a masstige perfume brand inspired by Italian heritage, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Outdoor Sales Representative in Beirut. The role drives sales and brand presence across assigned territories, working directly with retail partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail points of sale and build relationships with store owners and staff
• Present the product portfolio to existing and potential customers
• Negotiate placements, secure orders and monitor stock levels
• Ensure optimal product visibility through merchandising and in-store activation
• Track sales performance, report market feedback and identify new business opportunities
• Support promotional activities and events, and collaborate with the internal team to align field activities with marketing campaigns and commercial strategy

Required profile

• Experience in relationship building and account management with retail partners, distributors or key clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a senior or lead sales role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent sales experience may be considered
• Valid driving licence, willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas and readiness to work on-site in Beirut

Required skills

• Strong field sales and outdoor selling skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up and closing deals
• Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to plan routes, manage time and organise daily visits and territory coverage
• Familiarity with the fragrance, cosmetics or FMCG sector in Lebanon is highly beneficial
• Comfort using basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets and CRM or sales reporting systems
