Part-Time Sales Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

Black Sheep Advertisement, a marketing and content creation agency in Beirut, is hiring a part-time Sales Executive for a hybrid role combining client visits with work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive manages the full sales process independently, from finding prospects to closing deals and coordinating the first payment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify potential clients
• Reach out by calls, emails, social platforms and professional networking
• Schedule and lead meetings to present the agency's services and portfolio
• Understand client needs and recommend marketing, content, website and SEO solutions
• Prepare tailored proposals with team support, negotiate within agreed pricing and terms, handle objections and close deals
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and sales activity in a CRM or similar tool
• Coordinate client handovers with the creative, marketing and web development teams
• Build client relationships and identify renewal and upselling opportunities
• Meet agreed sales targets and report regularly on pipeline progress

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, with clients personally sourced and deals independently closed
• Experience selling agency, marketing, media or web services strongly preferred
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to explain services clearly and link them to business needs
• Strong organization and time management, able to work independently
• Ability to travel within Beirut and surrounding areas for client meetings

Required skills

• Understanding of social media management, paid advertising, content production, web development and SEO
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach tools
• Strong Arabic and English; French is a plus
