About the role
Pearl Brands is expanding its retail team and is looking for dynamic, energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to work across its prominent locations in Lebanon: ABC Malls, City Center and Beirut Souks. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will deliver exceptional shopping experiences, drive sales and represent the brands professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide excellent service and help them with styling and purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.
- Handle transactions, stock management and daily store operations smoothly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a strong asset.
- Energetic, target-driven and passionate about the retail industry.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic retail environment.
