Sales Specialist – Account Management in Forex Trading

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales / Account Manager to join a well‑established trading academy focused on Forex and CFDs in Beirut. You will attract new traders, guide them from first contact to active trading, and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new leads via phone, email and messaging.
• Explain trading platforms, account types and services to potential clients.
• Convert leads into active traders by understanding their needs and goals.
• Guide clients through account opening, KYC verification and first deposit.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing traders and keep them engaged.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals through personal network.
• Meet monthly targets for new accounts and client deposits while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in sales, account management or a client‑facing role.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and trading (full training provided).
• Existing network of traders or clients is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident on the phone.
• Comfortable appearing in videos and on the company’s social media.
• Target‑driven, organized and eager to grow.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
