About the role

CeevTech is seeking a highly resilient and persuasive Field Sales Representative to drive direct merchant acquisition for its cloud‑based Restaurant ERP solution. The role is 100% field‑heavy, involving door‑to‑door outreach to restaurants, cafés, and food‑service businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Travel daily to commercial zones and conduct door‑to‑door sales canvassing to engage owners and general managers.
• Perform live, on‑site demonstrations of the ERP platform, highlighting inventory control, POS integration, and cost‑saving metrics.
• Qualify leads, manage objections, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle to contract signing.
• Maintain relationships to ensure smooth handover to the technical support team.

Required profile

• Bold verbal presentation and negotiation skills with comfort approaching business operators cold.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the workday active in the field, navigating restaurant hubs.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined closer who thrives with scheduling autonomy and performance goals.
