Sales Representative

About the role

Core Shield Insurance is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative to join its Beirut team. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, family and business clients.
• Present and explain insurance products and services, adapting offers to client needs.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide personalized guidance and exceptional customer service to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies and services.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to meet sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent (Bac 2 completed).
