Sales Executive - Restaurant Tech & AI

About the role

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join its team in Beirut. The role focuses on selling AI-powered software solutions designed specifically for restaurants and hospitality businesses. You will introduce restaurant owners to AI tools that improve operations, increase efficiency and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurant and hospitality clients in Lebanon
• Present and demonstrate AI software solutions
• Understand restaurant operations such as POS, orders, kitchen workflow and delivery
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Close deals and manage client relationships
• Work with technical teams for onboarding and implementation

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry strongly preferred or required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products simply
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Based in Lebanon, preferably Beirut

Preferred experience

• Restaurant management or operations experience
• Knowledge of POS systems, delivery platforms or restaurant tech tools
• SaaS or tech sales background
• Knowledge of the local restaurant market
