Affiliate Representative

About the role

An office-based Affiliate Representative position in Beirut, open to male and female candidates. The schedule is 5 working days plus 2 days off, with a 3-month probation period. The role involves recruiting and managing affiliate partners and driving their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate partners.
• Build strong relationships and negotiate commission terms.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic and revenue.
• Identify new traffic sources and business opportunities.
• Support affiliates and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Follow market trends and develop partner acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or Account Manager is preferred.
• Experience in fintech or online marketing is a plus.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of traffic sources, GEOs and affiliate platforms.
• An existing affiliate or agent network is a strong advantage.
