Sales Representative – BRT (South, East, North)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the BRT South, East and North regions. The role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships and expanding market share across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Advise customers on product range and stock levels, ensuring the best fit for their needs.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Track sales activities, manage customer data and generate reports using CRM tools.
• Negotiate and close deals that satisfy both customer and company objectives.
• Collect orders and payments, and handle customer complaints with appropriate follow‑up.
• Prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans and periodic market analyses.
• Share market insights and best practices with colleagues to support overall team success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic, English or French.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for sales tracking.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
