Sales Operator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Operator to join our operations team. The role involves travelling to client sites, collecting data, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will act as the company’s on‑site representative, building strong relationships and providing clear training to non‑technical users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits according to the assigned schedule and coverage plan.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain strong relationships with on‑ground contacts.
• Guide newly assigned contacts through the full onboarding process, including tool setup and configuration.
• Provide clear, simple training to ensure contacts are confident and self‑sufficient after the visit.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, offering technical and operational support remotely or on‑site as needed.
• Listen to feedback during visits, document observations, and report recurring patterns, complaints, and issues.
• Maintain proper documentation after each visit and collect required information accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a field‑based role such as sales, delivery, or customer support.
• Owns a car, holds a valid driving licence and is willing to travel across multiple areas.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools for data entry and communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage professionally with a wide range of people.
