Sales Manager

About the role

Fidelity Insurance is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its insurance consulting team in Beirut. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing customized insurance solutions, and strengthening relationships with corporate and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance consultants, setting clear sales targets and monitoring performance.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities across corporate and retail segments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate quoting, clear presentation of customized solutions, and timely delivery.
• Oversee daily sales operations, review pipeline reports, and guide team members on complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services, with prior responsibility for a sales team or territory.
• Strong leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and travel within Lebanon as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
