Sales Operations Executive

About the role

OLX Lebanon, the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in Lebanon, is looking for a Sales Operations Executive. You will act as internal sales support for the Sales team, helping achieve sales quotas and business objectives. The role covers contract and document processing, client account support, account health monitoring, client visits and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process contracts and legal documents, modify client packages and orders, and escalate complaints across several channels
• Visit clients to follow up on their accounts and support the sales team
• Help activate new client accounts, set them up and maintain their dashboards
• Improve listing performance, service utilization and subscription value, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor account health, quality metrics and performance to spot risks, ensure compliance and support renewals
• Analyse consumer behaviour, engagement and market trends from reports and dashboards and recommend data-driven actions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and dashboards
• Support lead generation and database enrichment, and follow up on monthly payments with the Finance team
• Handle B2C special requests and liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, Tech, Analytics and Marketing
• Take part in on-ground events and keep up with real estate and automotive market trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Familiarity with the OLX Lebanon website
• Excellent communication, organizing and administrative skills; able to work in a target-driven company
• Energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner with strong analytical skills
