Sales Manager – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Supp-Med is seeking a full‑time hybrid Sales Manager based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The role focuses on growing and managing a portfolio of healthcare customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and dental practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the healthcare sector.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Meet sales targets, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning for market expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical supplies, equipment, or healthcare solutions.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Beirut Governorate and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity software.
